As a master energy healer and holistic health practitioner, Pam helps people overcome obstacles to health on a variety of levels. Her training in alternative techniques, including applied kinesiology, spiritual response therapy, hypnosis, reiki, and other complementary healing methods enable her to offer a wide array of holistic health solutions that help her clients naturally return the body and mind to its natural state of health, wholeness, and love.

How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a holistic health and energy expert and life coach?

To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting 'compelling story,' that brought me where I am today—coaching people like you on exactly what to do to live a life of abundance, freedom, joy and success.  That defining moment in my life happened in 2008.

First, let me back track to my days in college.  After experiencing challenges with my weight, I read a book on natural health and decided to change my lifestyle to incorporate healthy eating habits.  I began a new journey delving into all the research I could find regarding natural health protocols and wellbeing. 

Starting a family expanded my knowledge about holistic health, too.  Having dealt with nutrition, food sensitivities, digestive issues, and energy-clearing work within my own household, I began helping relatives and friends with losing weight, living a healthier lifestyle, and making positive changes in their mindset.

Fast forward 18 years later I had an epiphany. I had been trying so hard to be the perfect wife and mother, 

oftentimes crying alone in my closet to protect my children.  While at a sporting event, a veil lifted. It was a spiritual transformation, and I was finally able to see my life with a set of different eyes.  I knew this was one ending, yet a new beginning—a new path was before me, one filled with respect and self-love.

The idea of being on my own was scary and exciting at the same time. All I wanted was to be free from control, be able to take care of my children, and live the life I was meant to live. I kept asking myself, “How did my life end up like this?  Where did the real Pam go? Why was I suppressing my feelings and feeling paralyzed?  Where was my joy?” It was time to take action, but what would I do?  I had not worked in 18 years, and even with my degree in economics, I couldn’t see myself sitting in a cubicle crunching numbers again. I had moved way past that dream.  I wasn’t sure how everything would work out, but as scared as I was, I stepped out in faith and moved forward with my new life for myself and my children.

I was on my own for the first time. I was determined to begin a career pursuing my passions. I decided right then and there that I would immerse myself in any and all body, and mind-related studies and certifications.  And so my journey began.  I sought out a certification in nutrition and found a job in a holistic health clinic that encouraged my growth.  I discovered spiritual and self-help modalities to add to my practice.  My healing took off, and I’m not just talking about my diet. I received emotional clearings, new perspectives, and insight to the subconscious programming that had been running my life. I had gone from suppressed and paralyzed to JOYFUL and ALIVE. 

Some days it was one step forward, two steps back, but I pushed through, not only for me but for my children.  I realized that I wanted to live my passion in a bigger way. So I started my own business with the mission to help others find their voice, their self-respect, their health, and their divine life purpose!  Yes, it is my pleasure and purpose to help them break free from negative programming, limiting and faulty beliefs, and live the life they were meant to live, with joy, freedom, abundance, and wholeness.

I started guiding others into their journey of transformation  I watched their health, relationships, and confidence soar!  I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping others break through their inner blocks and create the life they’ve always dreamed of.

Since then, I’ve facilitated over 5000 private sessionss, and am living my divine purpose and dreams.  I’m able to travel with my online business, and I’ve created my ASCENSION ACADEMY online training, a series of steps students apply to move out of their old patterns and start living BIG building a healing business they love!

Although we will occasionally touch upon time management and other “coachy” issues, you have me as a holistic-health and energy expert and life coach.  I work on your inner and outer energy centers, your mindset, your bodily health, your relationships and lifestyle from an organic and spiritual perspective. 

What that means to you is that you get a wise-sage-meets-sergeant authentic health and energy coach.  I’m also very spiritual, and I don’t pretend to hide it either.  Because I’m not delicate, you’ll always get a straight-to-the-point, quick, and honest-but-kind response from me.  Sometimes it’s difficult to hear the truth—the truth about what’s standing in the way of your success and abundance, and how to get rid of it FAST so you can start getting results in record time.
